Danny the 'Service Writer' was nothing but kind & generous in offering quick, accurate diagnostics on why my "check engine" light was illuminating. So helpful & able to finish the work by day's end after not even getting it towed in by AAA until 12 noon on a Friday...which is so hard to expect any immediate service/repairs completed by day's end. A 'man of INTEGRITY' so lacking in the world today. Thanks Again, from a 1st time (but definitely not the last) customer!

It's a beautiful mechanic service the customer service is overwhelming. Unfortunately, I didn't get the opportunity to receive their services. I took my 2013 Ford Escape and got a diagnosis, the diagnosis came back saying I had an turbo overcharge. I took the vehicle to an Clinic in Downey and he told me there's nothing wrong with my car. Yes, the mechanic inform me that it had the wrong motor oil. I was supposed to put Motorcraft in the car. I end up having to take the vehicle to San Fernando Valley, to Victor's transmission to put another Transmission in the vehicle. Another excellent mechanic and beautiful customer service.
